Due to the current pandemic I am offering online counselling sessions to anyone struggling with isolation and any other difficulties that may be arising. Here are some notes on self-care during Covid19. Self-care and Covid19 (click here).

Online and London based Psychotherapeutic Counselling

This website is here to give you a sense of who I am and how we can work together.

There can be times when we feel unable to cope with past or present situations in our lives which may be difficult to talk about with friends and family. These may affect how we interact with one another, our working lives and how we feel about ourselves. With the aim of reducing your pain and anxiety, talking about what you are experiencing can help to restore your sense of wellbeing.

As a therapist, I provide a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space where you can talk openly about your feelings and where together we can explore ways to find better understanding and healing. I use a number of recognised approaches which are tailored to suit your preference or individual needs.

I work with adults (over 18 years of age) who have experienced issues including stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, self-harm, abuse, neglect, shame, grief, anger and relationship difficulties.

I have significant experience working with people who suffered childhood trauma, including sexual abuse, helping them to find a greater sense of self and resilience.
